Beschreibung
Arezzo is one of the prettiest cities of Tuscany. Located
between Florence, Perugia and Siena, the ancient Arezzo
dominates the valleys of the Arno and Tiber rivers . The
medieval and rich historical center which remember the
old Etruscan and Roman cultures, is located in a hill
surrounded by a fertile plain. The church of S. Francesco
has wonderful frescos of the painter Piero della Francesca.
The colors and the use of the perspective, the faces and
their intense expressions even shock those who are not
experts in art. One of the main qualities of the school
is its location, in this beautiful city rich in traditions
and local celebrations. The tourism is not as intense
as in Florence, reason why people are very pleasant and
opened to foreigners.
