Beschreibung
Castiglioncello is situated at the Etruscan Riviera, 35
kilometres south of Pisa. It is a sunny place with pure
air and an amazing cultural and environmental variety.
A tower from the 16th century and a beautiful botanical
garden are the most impressive features of this wonderful
town. "Pier Paolo Pasolini" is situated in the
Castello Pasquini right in the centre of Castiglioncello.
It has a huge Mediterranean Park, where the students can
relax and learn Italian in the shadow of pine trees.
Unterkunft
One possibility is to lodge in the Villa Toscana. The
Villa is from the 16th century and is surrounded by
a beautiful Mediterranean flora. The Villa has 13 apartments,
each with 2 - 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living
room. Normally, 2 - 4 students can live in one apartment.
The other option is the three stars Miramare Hotel.
Unterricht
The Language courses can be in group or individual.
In the group classes, the courses have between 6 and
10 students. The focus is on practical communication
skills. There are five levels: beginner 1 and 2, intermediate
1 and 2 and advanced. There are also a grammar course
and group courses that can be combined with individual
classes. The individual courses are oriented to a faster
learning. There are specific courses such as Italian
for business, for tourism and for airlines.
Aktivitäten
It has extracurricular courses of wine tasting and modern
dance.
