Bologna is a city famous for its university, a rich cultural and social life, a well-preserved city centre, its cuisine, and the kindness of its people. It is off the traditional tourist routes. Bologna is one hour by train from Florence, and two hours from Milan or Venice. It has an international airport with daily flights to all the main European capitals.
Lodging
The center organizes courses of Italian at the teacher’s house, along with lodging in hotels or B&B.
Academics
During the week there are different courses at the teacher’s house. 3-4-5 hours per day of individual lessons (for groups of not more than 3 people only in summer). More hours can be added and also complementary activities.
Activities
The complementary activities are in the afternoon; visits to Bologna and excursions to other cities of the region like Ferrara, Rávena, etc.; lunch at noon with the teacher (and its possible preparation), guided listening of TV, films, computers use, etc.
