Description
Verona is one of the most beautiful and fascinating Italian
cities and a dynamic center of the Italian economy. Verona
is a city where the Italian culture is still alive, unlike
other many cities whose economy is rooted to a massive
tourism. Verona has railway and an international airport,
that facilitates the access to the city. The school is
located in the historical center of the city, few meters
away from the Castello Scaligero of the 14th century,
Juliet’s house, and the Arena, the Roman amphitheatre
of II century .

Academics
Each level improves the knowledge of the student by
the use of Italian vocabulary, grammar and syntax. The
students are stimulated to participate actively in the
classes, by hearing tapes, and exercises of daily situations
so they can acquire the ability to understand, speak,
read and write the Italian language. The morning classes
are centered in vocabulary, grammar and syntax, while
the afternoon classes are dedicated to conversation
on Italian culture. Special courses of Italian for business
and/or culture are offered. Usually the courses last
four weeks, but it is possible to take more than one
course. There are also two or three weeks courses, which
start the same day than the others.
Activities
The school offers an extensive selection of leisure
activities with the purpose of helping the student to
really know the city: its history, museums, galleries
and commercial samples of art, centers, cinemas, cafeterias,
concerts, sport plays, events, restaurants, discos and
clubs. The school organizes excursions to the neighbouring
Verona and other cities that have certain historical
and archaeological attractive , such as for example:
Venice, Vicenza, Trento, Padua and Mantua, among others.
The school also organizes visits with professors and
students, to bars, social restaurants, opera and other
activities.
