  Description
In the city of Padua is located one of the oldest and most famous Universities (from the 13th century). Here ancient and modern stand side by side: one can admire ancient masterpieces like the Roman Arena, the Scrovegni Chapel, with frescos by Giotto, Saint Anthony's Basilica, Saint Justina's Basilica, the Augustinian church of the Eremitani, and the Pedrocchi Café. Completing the picture are the beautiful squares of the old city, surrounded by typical arcades and separated by the impressive Palazzo della Ragione. From Padua, one can easily travel to other important cities such as Venice, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso and Bologna. The school is in the historical center of the city.

Lodging
The school offers the following options: single room with bath and kitchen to share with other students or a family; single room with half board, single room with pension, studio and hotels.

Academics
Courses are divided in four levels: elementary, intermediate, advanced and superior. First of all the students with grammar knowledge take a written exam to determine their level. At the end of the course the students take another one to see if they have learned and receive an attendance certificate. For the oral examination in the fourth course, the students must prepare a thesis on a subject chosen with the teacher (custom, history, arts, etc.), and the written exam is prepared with the materials of the course. After this exam a diploma is received.

Activities
The school organizes lectures, projections of films, guided visits to the neighbouring cities.
