Description
School has seats in Pisa and Viarregio. Pisa is a university
city of great historical and cultural interest, in the
heart of Toscana. Located few kilometers away from Florence,
Lucca, Volterra and Siena; Pisa is hardly 12 km away from
the beach, being able to arrive there in about 15 minutes
with means of transport public. It has the main international
airport of the Tuscany, that is 2 km away from downtown
and 1 km away from railway station, that unites Pisa with
the rest of Europe. Viareggio is one of the most prestigious
and attractive places of the Tyrrhenian coast. Viareggio
offers not only one of the most beautiful beaches of the
Versilia, but also is characterized by its elegant style
and the diverse possibilities to have fun.
Lodging
The school offers help in the search and reserves of the
lodging selecting family houses, rooms, apartment, pensions
and hotels.
Academic
Learning levels are eight: from beginners to the improvement
level. The classes take place from Monday to Friday and
are organized in reduced groups, with a maximum of 12
participants by class; there are several courses: holiday
course , specially oriented to the development of the
capacity of conversation (in Viareggio), general course
and intensive course, trim in the grammar and structural
aspects of the language with a particular attention to
the culture of Italy (Pisa), one-to-one customized courses,
thought for those who must use the short time available
to the maximum, developing a customized program on the
basis of the linguistic and work exigencies, (Pisa and
Viarreggio) and courses of preparation to enter the Italian
university (Pisa).
Activities
From June to September the students obtain discounts in
a tourist center in Tirrenia, a bath to 15 km away from
Pisa. They can practice there golf, horse riding, tennis,
body-building. Teachers in Viarreggio guide different
excursions, some in boat, and a program of musical and
cultural events, some in Versilia. They can practice tennis,
windsurf, beach volley and golf there.
